Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Jack and Jill hosted at Woodbury Brewing Company on Saturday March 14th 12:00pm-3:00pm! There will be food, games and raffle prizes. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate as we countdown to the big day! More information can be found on Facebook under “Robert and Alyssa’s Jack and Jill”. Hope to see you there!

When should I Rsvp by?

Kindly rsvp no later than April 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We ask that guests arrive by 4:00 pm to allow time for parking and seating. It will be held outside in the gardens weather permitting. In the event of bad weather, the ceremony will be held inside where the reception is taking place.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden party / Semi-Formal We’re envisioning soft spring colors and florals. For ladies, dresses are preferred and for men suits or slacks with dress shirts. Please avoid overly casual attire like jeans or sneakers. We also kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white. Our bridesmaids will be in espresso brown, we would love to make sure these colors are reserved for our wedding party to stand out!

Can I bring a date?

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list intimate with our closest friends and family. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

At the Whittemore at Vyne there is plenty of parking. The gravel lot to the left when pulling in will be reserved for our small car show, so if you have any classics you’d like to show off please bring them! Remaining guests are able to park in the lot behind Vyne or surrounding the building.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! The celebration will continue right after the reception next door at Brewbury. They have full bars both inside and outside as well as a large menu and plenty of games! They will be open until 2 am, so please join us and keep the party going!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we do not have any room blocks we do have a list of recommended hotels nearby should you need a place to stay for the night. These can be found on the travel section of this website.
