Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire with a garden party theme in mind. Men should wear tailored suits or blazers in lighter to medium colors (grey, green, blue, tan, beige, charcoal and navy are also acceptable). A tie is not required. Shoes should be close-toed. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, or deep colors including black. Black pants may be acceptable if paired with a lighter top. Women should wear knee-length to floor length dresses or tailored suits/jumpsuits. Colors can range from light to medium shades (preferably no deep colors or black) and floral prints are welcome. Shoes should be heels, wedges, or dressy flats. Please see Gallery for example images.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking at the venue with 50 spots available (plenty for everyone invited). Parking is free.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive anytime between 3pm and 3:45pm. Social hour is not mandatory, but will be available for guests to meet up and talk before the wedding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We would prefer no cameras during the ceremony.

What drinks will be available? Is there an open bar?

Answer

The venue only allows for beer and wine to be served. Unfortunately, there will be no hard liquor or cocktails provided. Please do not bring liquor to the venue as we could receive a fine if it is discovered by on-sight staff. Guests will be given three drink tickets each. Additionally, non-alcoholic drink options will be available.

Are children invited?

Please reach out to Lauren or Robert if you would like to bring children. Please note the venue does require children be accompanied by an adult the entire time.

Are the ceremony and reception outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the venue is entirely outdoors in the Deepwood gardens. Please bring a coat or jacket if necessary. In the event it rains, there is a covered outdoor area that will be used for all events.
