The little dreamers are getting married!

I met Rob through mutual friends of his and it took off from there. I started hanging out at Bran and Kneppers house more frequently and slowly became apart of the friend group myself. I knew I had found my people when the person I was currently seeing couldn't control themselves or alcohol consumption and they kept me safe from him during my time of need. I started asking Rob to hang out more and more going snowboarding, hanging out at his pizza job on the lake, and so much more.. Push came to shove and he finally asked me to be his on November 24th of 2015. Its truly been the best now 9 years of my life.. This year will be our second anniversary as an engaged couple, we often forget the day and date itself but together is where we will always be no matter what.

We had planned a trip to Hawaii around his birthday and he had gotten the tickets basically for my birthday. We had booked an early morning scuba excursion and I was so excited for Rob to finally get to swim out in the open ocean and see the sea life. I rented us a wet suit jacket and an underwater camera to really get some good shots. We head back to the port and had plans to catch sunset on the beach of our friends house like we had the last couple nights.. nothing to suspicious whatsoever.. I had even texted my friend the day before that and said I wasn't getting the proposal vibes cause I had them at the beginning of the trip but then felt like this was truly just a trip for us.. no music festival, no friends etc. As were walking to the beach I can feel Rob getting more and more anxious.. I took a longer shower than planned.. and each port we had gone to was just a rock drop off. The last walkway we chose was the one and he hurriedly tried setting up the tripod with my phone and told me to go get in frame.. We do this frequently so again I thought nothing of it.. I was honestly looking for sea glass in the sand cause tide was low enough.. I had started to fix my dress and he was setting up behind me.. "I love you baby" I turn around and instantly turn right back around "I love you baby, Will you marry me?" I couldn't believe my eyes cause the entire trip was set up for that exact moment. I have been waiting so long to feel the love I truly deserve and rob has given me 7 amazing years in showing me exactly that.. I cannot wait to marry this man and to see the world by his side, tackle any obstacle, and create all the small moments just like this one.
