Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire for the ceremony. We ask that you avoid jeans and shades of white. The ceremony and reception will both be held outside and it can get chilly so please keep that in mind. We will have a formal ceremony with professional photos being taken. The reception will be a casual get together on the beach. We will have food, fireworks, music, bon fire, and plan to hang out there for the evening. Once all professional photos have been taken, we plan on getting more comfortable (and warmer) in casual clothes and invite you to do the same if you like. When we change, you are invited to change clothes as well! Our home will be a short walk to the beach where guests can use the restroom and change.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to very limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited which will be listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Again, due to very limited numbers, we are unable to accommodate kids at the ceremony and dinner. If you would like to have them join us at the reception on the beach, we welcome them at that point. Our hope is that you use this as a night out for yourself!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out an invitation that will give you a date to RSVP by. We will update here when we have that specified.

Question

Should I RSVP even if I can't make it?

Answer

Yes! Once you receive our formal invitation, please make sure you RSVP whether you can make it or not. If you are unable to attend, please make sure you respond "not attending." You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it after you have responded yes, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We strongly encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting. This will allow you enough time to find parking as it may be limited, locate the ceremony area, and to find your seat. Guests who arrive late, will be asked to stand to the side until the ceremony concludes.

Question

Are there Lyft/Ubers available in Seabrook?

Answer

We know that many guests are staying outside the town of Seabrook and are curious about rideshare options. Full disclosure, we have never used Lyft or Uber in Seabrook or the surrounding areas so we can't speak from personal experience. However, when I log into the app and go through the process of booking a Lyft (even on a random Wednesday evening), I didn't have any problems but it did appear that wait times may be a bit longer than what you are used to. We don't know what the wait times/cost will be on a holiday so we strongly encourage you to schedule your rideshare early and to give yourself extra time to get to the ceremony.

Question

Is there a map of where the ceremony will be located?

Answer

Yes! In your wedding invitation, there is a QR code to scan that will give you a lay of the land. The ceremony will be held at Pacific Glen Bluff (on Google Maps it's Pacific Glen Esplanade). It's a small grass area in front of a house that overlooks the ocean.
