Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our event will be adults only. If you need help with childcare we will be happy to assist you, just text Lyndsay!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding day dress code is Black Tie Optional. We want you to feel your best! Long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, tuxedos, or dark suits and tie.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

The Great Raleigh Trolley will be taking people to and from the venue! We have one trolley making multiple rounds. Before the ceremony from 3:45-4:45 the trolley will make multiple rounds to meet people at The Bull in Downtown Durham and drive them 5 minutes down the road to The Cookery. At the end of the reception from 10:15-11:15 the trolley will make multiple rounds and drive groups from The Cookery back to The Bull in Downtown Durham.

Is there overnight parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be no overnight parking at the venue. However, the venue does offer complementary valet parking if you would like to drive. Please tip at your own discretion.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is August 14, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we unfortunately cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "unable to attend".

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be held in an indoor/outdoor space and dinner and dancing will be held indoors.
