Shuttle Pickup for Lavacchio Guests

1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

FROM EMAIL SENT OUT: Pickup between 1:30pm and 2pm will be for 30 total guests **This is a hard set time. The shuttle will have a list of all your names to check off all guests, but will depart by 2pm. Please make sure to be here sooner due to any issues that may come up. If you miss the shuttle, the only option to get up there will be via taxi which our wedding planner indicated can be very expensive (200 euro+) and can be hard to find, given it's a 50 min drive outside of Florence.** The pick up is at Santa Maria Novella Train Station with the specific pickup location on Google Maps - Parcheggio NCC . Please reference the pin of where the vans will be at. For reference, it's on the east side of the train station where you can look across the street and see a Burger King. **BRING COMFORTABLE WALKING SHOES. No flip flops or high heels recommended.** Parking is located at Windmill. Tour of the vineyard, wine cellars, and wine tasting with bread.

Rehearsal Dinner / Pizza Party @ Lavacchio Casa Bella

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

ATTIRE: Semi-Formal/Cocktail. Garden Party. No Stilettos

Beverages included - 1⁄2 bottle water and 1⁄3 bottle of wine per person STARTER Buffet of salads and greens from the Organic garden & focaccia PIZZAS IN SLICES 4 types of pizza - Focaccia with Burrata, tuscan prosciutto & rucola - Pizza Margherita with tomato and mozzarella cheese - Pizza ai 4 formaggi - Pizza homemade sausage and onions DESSERT Pizza with chocolate and mascarpone cheese BEVERAGES Tuscan sparkling and still water Wines from the Estate (to choose from: Puro Bianco or Rosé frizzante, Puro Sangiovese or Cedro Chianti Rufina) // Last drinks are available at 9:30pm with dinner. The bar will be closed.

Shuttle Transportation to Ceremony from Tenuta Bossi Guests

Pick up will be at the main parking lot of the "Borgo" of Tenuta Bossi. 2:30 SHARP!!!

Shuttle Transportation to Ceremony from Lavacchio Guests

2:45 pm - 3:15 pm

Shuttles have been reserved to bring ALL guests from Lavacchio to the wedding ceremony from each villa. They'll begin at 2:45 SHARP and finish by 3:15. If you're staying elsewhere please park at MONTERIFRASSINE @ Lavacchio before 3pm. (The parking lot next to the windmill). Our shuttles for the day will pick you up from here to take you to the ceremony and reception location. A shuttle will be available to take you back to your vehicle starting at 10pm. **Parking is not available at Tenuta Bossi.** **Pickup Order** The shuttles will start from Villa Il Mugnaio (Stop nr. 1) at 2:45 pickup, proceeding to the Parking of the Windmill in front of Monterifrassine (stop nr. 2) , going then to the parking of Casabella (stop nr. 3) and finish around 3:15 picking the guests staying at Casanova (Stop nr. 4) along the road to the Fattoria di Lavacchio.
