National Mall
No better way to get a taste for our country's history than to walk the National Mall. There are many coffee shops, museums, monuments, etc. along the mall. We highly encourage everyone to go to the National Mall no matter how many times you have been before!
International Spy Museum
This is the best done museum! It does cost, but it is worth every penny. Be prepared to spend 2-4 hours at the museum because it is very large.
Occoquan Historic District
Occoquan, Virginia is a small yet vibrant riverfront town, located 20 miles south of Washington, DC. Home to just over 80 small and family owned businesses including award-winning restaurants, art galleries, hair/spa services, unique shops and boutiques.
Prince William Forest Park
Prince William Forest Park is an oasis, a respite of quiet and calm. In 1936, Chopawamsic Recreation Area opened its gates to house children's 'relief' camps during the Great Depression.
