If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Weddings are expensive and we want to keep this intimate.
Yes! We will have a shuttle arranged to take you from the hotel to the venue. Please note the shuttle only contains 50 seats (Two 25 passenger buses) so there will be multiple trips needed. Some people will need to be there earlier than others. We can’t accommodate those staying at AirBNB. You will either have to drive to the venue or River Pines to pick up the shuttle
There are over 200 parking spots at the venue so the answer is YES! Plenty!
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So please no children. If this makes or breaks your ability to come, let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Suit, Cocktail dress, Formal attire. Typical wedding attire! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose! This is an outdoor venue. If it rains we will be in a tent. Please bring a coat in case it gets cold. It is the end of October
Yes! Please dress warm! It seems the one week in October we decided to get married…it’s freezing. We will be in a tent for dinner but a majority of the wedding is outside. The venue will have heaters everywhere. Blankets provided and free booze to keep you warm
