What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:00pm is safest. Parking is very limited in downtown San Diego and can be expensive at Seaport Village. Ride share is recommended. From the parking lot, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the ceremony location, at the end of the park.
