RSVP and Booking
We will provide a booking link on this site as soon as we have our 'Definites' head count, which will help you reserve a room at our hotel. If you are not planning on staying at our hotel with us, please let us know. 

Shuttles
Travel from the airport to your hotels, should be coordinated by you and with your hotel. 

Communication
We will be making announcements in an app while in Mexico to keep the direction of everyone smooth. We will be sending out GroupMe app invites to your phones, prior to the trip, so we can all coordinate and chat on this app in Mexico. 

Please watch for this, it will be very important to know what's going on and when, while in Mexico. Apple and Android phones have limitations in group texting so it hurts our ability to keep everyone updated. 

We will provide any useful information on this site as we get closer to the event.
