FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before January 31st, 2022.

Question

What about Covid 19?

Answer

As we are currently in red under the traffic light system there will be less than 100 guests and all will be required to have a vaccine passport to attend the wedding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have buses departing from the Christchurch Casino to take you over the hill to the venue and back. There is limited parking available so we encourage you to take this option. Check out the transport tab for all the info you need.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary requirements.

Question

Is there a registery?

Answer

Your presence is the best present to us! But for those of you who insist, we will have a wishing well on the day .

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all your little munchkins, we want our wedding to be your night off! They are more than welcome to attend the day-after brunch.

Question

I'm living overseas - can I travel to New Zealand?

Answer

At this stage only New Zealand citizens and residents can enter NZ, and they must have a room booked for 2 weeks of quarantine upon entry. These rooms are allocated via a lottery. You can find more about it here: https://www.miq.govt.nz/ We are really hoping that the policy will change and entry to NZ will be easier by March! Will update this page as things change :)

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

As this is a garden wedding you will spend a lot of time walking on grass. You can still rock a stiletto if you want but be warned :) Also feel free to bring some flats to dance in (I will be).

For all the days along the way
