What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly let us know if you are coming or not as soon as possible but no later than 7/20/25.

When will the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm so please plan to arrive to Perry Mansfield between 3:30-3:45pm

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes. We have blocks reserved at Residence Inn, Homewood Suites and Rabbit Ears Motel. Rabbit Ears Motel is a fun option for people who might like to enjoy downtown Steamboat Springs. Hotel and accommodations information can be found under the “Travel” tab.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the wedding venue (Perry Mansfield)?

Answer

Yes. Shuttles will be available to and from the event at designated times. There will be shuttles at leaving Homewood Suites and The Gondola Transit Center at Steamboat Resort at 3:15pm. There will also be a shuttle leaving from Wells Fargo (located across the street from Rabbit Ears Motel downtown) at 3:30pm. Please use the shuttles if you plan to indulge in adult libations. If you plan to stay at an Airbnb, you will be able to utilize the free public transportation or Uber/Lyft to get to one of these designated locations to access our shuttles. Please note: Uber/Lyft May not be readily available directly from Perry Mansfield back to your accommodations after the event.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There are around 15 parking spots available at Perry Mansfield! Please feel free to drive if you do not plan to drink or have a designated driver. This will allow our shuttles to accommodate guests who need a safe ride!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Please join us for an evening of mountain elegance in cocktail attire. Elegant dresses, cocktail dresses, or stylish separates for women. Suits or dress pants with a nice shirt for men.

Are kids allowed at your wedding?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we are not able to accommodate children on our wedding day.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We are aware of a few guests with dietary restrictions, but please reach out to us if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions!
