Like many in the current age of dating, we met on Tinder (sorry mom). After talking for awhile, our first official date was on March 13th 2019 at Mr. Coffee in KTown. We had originally decided to grab coffee then dinner, but once we sat down and started talking, time just slipped away. Mr. Coffee was one of the only late night shops at the time which worked in our favor because we ended up spending 11 hours there laughing and sharing stories. Only when they kicked us out at closing (4am!) did we realize “hey wait, this might be something unexpected!”

It's probably one of our favorite stories to tell, and best told in person so we'd love to share if you ask :) In short- in New York City, one of our favorite places ever. Rob planned a whole evening of watching fireflies in Battery Park, buck a slice pizza, and wandering around Manhattan. He got down on one knee while Elisabeth was busy gazing at the statue of liberty, and the rest is history. -xo
