After much discussion we have decided to forge ahead with our wedding as planned, taking all possible health precautions into consideration. These are certainly odd times and this decision did not come easily. Tyler Arboretum and JAM caterers have made extensive accommodations and modifications to the venue in order to ensure that the present CDC and PA state mandates are being followed. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, all staff will be screened prior to and during the event, hand sanitizing stations will be readily available, masks are required and must be worn at all times with the exception of being seated for dinner and drinks. Please remember that you wear a mask to protect others and doing so shows kindness, respect and most of all love. While we of course want to celebrate with everyone, we understand that some may be uncomfortable or unable to attend. We completely understand! If feeling uneasy or unsure about attending, please do not feel obligated to come. If you are feeling unwell or have recently traveled to an at risk area, we would prefer that we celebrate together at another time. Below you will find a link to the “Health Screening & Waiver” form to be completed by all guests, staff, and vendors attending. The form is quite simple and can be completed easily online in just a few minutes. It asks for name and contact information (for potential contact tracing, should that ever be needed), asks a few questions about potential covid-19 exposure, and includes an “understanding of risks” section. If you could please copy and paste this link below and complete all required information. https://www.emailmeform.com/builder/form/DF0KZL47vQ43X With much peace and love, Rob and Carolyn
Rob and Carolyn met on the first day of freshman orientation. Carolyn thought Rob was interesting, Rob thought the same of Carolyn. All throughout college Carolyn would see Rob on his trusted bike zooming past her porch waving hi from time to time. She thought hmm, he's a cool guy. He thought hmm, I'd like to take her out. He did one day, and they hung out all night, kissed each other and he asked can I call you tomorrow? Carolyn said yes, of course, thinking he wouldn't, but to her surprise he did. They hung out all the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that. Soon Rob & Carolyn realized they were soul mates, life partners brought together by fate. One day Rob decided he wanted to keep hanging out with Carolyn everyday until he was old and gray so he asked her to marry him. She wanted the exact same thing and on the top of a mountain, in a place they both loved, they lived happily every after.
