Are Children Invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! This is strictly an adult only occasion with the exception to those in the bridal party.

What is the dress code?

The bride and groom request that you wear pastel colors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "NO." We will miss celebrating with you but it's imperative we have final guest count by a specific time. Thank you for understanding!

What is an "Unplugged Ceremony"?

Answer

It means we’re asking guests to silence and put away all phones, cameras, and tablets during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present in the moment with us! Once the ceremony is over and we head to the Waterford Ball Room for cocktail hour, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

There is free onsite parking

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have reserved a room block at Staybridge and the Aloft. Please book your stay by May 25, 2026 to guarantee a room in our blocks. Please refer to the Travel and Accommodations tab for more information.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be wine, beer, seltzer, and various liquor.

If I have diet restrictions or have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

What are the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception venue will take place at 2700 Turf Valley Road, Ellicott City Maryland 21042. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the back area where the ceremony will take place.
