Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony

Kloc's Grove is approximately 15-20 minute drive from the Hampton Inn Hotel. We will be providing a 34 passenger shuttle bus for all guests to use to transport between the two locations. Please note that the Shuttle will only make TWO trips from the Hotel -> Kloc's Grove before the ceremony, and we ask that guests try to prioritize the first bus to minimize any delays or bottleneck. Thank You Trip 1 - The shuttle will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 2:20 PM. It will wait 10 minutes to collect passengers and leave for Kloc's at 2:30 PM Trip 2 - The shuttle will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 3:15 PM. It will wait 15 minutes to collect passengers and leave at 3:30 PM Ceremony starts at 4:00 PM

The Shuttle will make THREE trips from Kloc's back to the Hampton Inn after the Reception. Trip 1 - The shuttle will arrive at 9:10 PM. It will wait 10 minutes to collect passengers and leave for the hotel at 9:20 PM Trip 2 - The shuttle will arrive at 10:00 PM. It will wait 15 minutes to collect passengers and leave at 10:15 PM Trip 3 - The final shuttle will arrive at 11:00 PM. It will bring all remaining guests back to the hotel
