Think "Sunday best" — not too formal, but polished and put-together. We encourage fun colors and spring-inspired outfits! Although this is a crawfish boil, we kindly ask that you avoid athletic wear and black clothing. Women’s Example: Sundress or a floral maxi dress Men’s Example: Khaki dress pants with a floral button up polo

Where can I park for the reception?

Answer

The Jules Nunez Pavilion offers ample parking for our reception guests. Additional parking is available across the street, with clear signage to guide you. We kindly ask that you leave the reserved "wedding party" spots open for our immediate family members attending the ceremony.

Where is the best place to stay?

Answer

The event will take place in Jean Lafitte, Louisiana. While there are a few Airbnb options in this charming small town, some guests may prefer staying in New Orleans, which offers a wider variety of accommodations and plenty to see and do nearby. (Distance from Downtown New Orleans to the Venue is about 20 miles)

Can you uber from New Orleans to the venue?

Answer

Yes! You can uber FROM the city to Jean Lafitte, BUT it is not likely to get one back to the city. So please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements.

Are we able to bring our own alcohol into the venue?

Answer

Yes! While we will have a selection of alcohol you are welcome to BYOB! No glass please!

Yes! French Quarter Fest will be April 16-19! “Since 1984, the French Quarter Festival has celebrated the essence of New Orleans with over 20 stages showcasing every genre of local music, from traditional jazz to brass bands and Zydeco. What time should we arrive to the venue Saturday?

Kindly arrive by 6:30 PM, the bride and groom will arrive shortly after.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

The reception will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion.

If I choose Crawfish for my meal, can I eat from the buffet as well?

Answer

Of course! We just ask that if you plan on eating crawfish, you choose that when you RSVP!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

We've decided to forgo wedding showers, considering the significant travel many of our guests will be undertaking for our reception. We appreciate everyone's support and look forward to celebrating with you on our wedding day.

Will you be sending paper invites out?

Answer
