What is the dress code?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal and earth tones (tennis shoes are welcome!). For those who’d like inspiration, we’ve shared the wedding color palette above. Note: We kindly ask guests to choose attire that reflects the celebration and setting, and to avoid wearing white or anything that may resemble bridal attire.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later August 7th so we can finalize seating and catering arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Plus ones will be indicated on your invitation and during the RSVP process. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear when you RSVP, or you will have the option to add them online.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for refreshments and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, complimentary parking will be available at the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Please plan your attire accordingly.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please note any dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Where are you registered?
Answer
Our registry can be found on our Zola wedding website. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you wish to give something, we truly appreciate your generosity.

Will transportation be provided?

Shuttle service will be available with limited capacity. More details to come closer to the event.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony and kindly ask that you refrain from flash photography or social media posts. Our photographer will capture all the special moments for us to share.

Is there a hotel room block?

We have reserved blocks of rooms at Pleasanton Marriott, Doubletree Pleasanton and AC Hotel Pleasanton. Please use the link on our website to book at a discounted rate.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific needs, please let us know so we can assist.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
Answer
Your presence is more than enough, but if you choose to bring a physical gift, there will be a designated area in the welcome area of the venue.

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
