Things To Do

We are so excited to share with you some of our favorite things to do in the area near the venue. If you’re coming from out of town and want more recommendations on more things to do in Atlanta while you’re here, let us know!
The Avalon

The Avalon

400 Avalon Blvd, Alpharetta, GA 30009

Upscale collection of shopping, dining and entertainment. Located here is Jeni’s Ice Cream- which is famous in Atlanta- you have to go have a scoop of their Brambleberry Crunch! Thank us later! ;) CRU is an awesome wine bar, and El Felix is some of the best Mexican food you can find in Atlanta!

The Forum on Peachtree Parkway

The Forum on Peachtree Parkway

5155 Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
, (770) 368-8811

Outdoor shopping mall with a great collection of boutiques and restaurants. Be sure to also check out the Peachtree Corners Town Center- a new addition of dining, shopping and a town green located directly across the street from The Forum. Some of my favorite restaurants are Firebirds and Redlands Grill (more upscale). LazyDog and Mojitos are fun and more casual options. First Watch has awesome brunch!

Topgolf

Topgolf

10900 Westside Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009

High-tech driving range with an awesome full food and bar menu

Jekyll Brewing

Great beers and a rooftop deck.

Truck & Tap Alpharetta

Truck & Tap Alpharetta

30 Milton Avenue, Alpharetta, GA 30009
, (770) 680-2760

A rotating selection of food trucks and craft beer- all in a cool, laidback atmosphere.

Historic Norcross

Historic Norcross

27 South Peachtree Street, Norcross, GA 30071

This charming little strip of shops, restaurants and parks is a big part of our love story. We went on our first date in an Italian restaurant called Dominick’s here. We used to come down here at Christmas time and stroll around, holding hands and admiring the lights. We used to meet up here for lunch and sit under the pavilion in Thrasher park. We took prom pictures here at Lilian Webb Park. We’ve spent most 4th of July’s here. It’s where we grew up, and it’s home. Take a walk around, get a coffee from 45 South Cafe, and enjoy all the twinkle lights in the trees.

Jones Bridge Park

Jones Bridge Park

4901 East Jones Bridge Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
, (678) 277-0920

This park is another sentimental place for us. We come down here all the time. We will bring food here with us to sit and eat, and take walks alongside the river. It is beautiful and peaceful (but try to come earlier in the day before it gets too crowded!) to come down and just take a little walk and take in the beauty of the Chattahoochee River.

For all the days along the way
