We're getting Married!

Gabriel and Sibongele's love story began at the height of the pandemic in 2020 when the world was unsure about many things, but the one thing they were sure about was their love. A perfect first date in Napa filled with wine, laughter, and a kiss at sunset next to the Golden Gate bridge made it easy for Gabriel to ask Sibongele to be his, by officially becoming a couple on October 3rd, 2020.Sibongele wound her way further and further into Gabriel's heart each day they were together and their love was sealed when they said they loved each other for the first time on Valentine's day. The next year was filled with new adventures and travel. December 18th 2021, Gabriel planed the biggest surprise for Sibongele's 30th birthday, asking her to marry him. Sibongele happily said yes! and the two celebrated their engagement with a romantic get away to Hawaii. The excited couple intended to start the next year filled with bliss and wedding planning but was instead burdened with uncertainty and trepidation when Gabriel was diagnosed with a Stage 3 Sarcoma in the summer of 2022. While it was the largest test of their relationship it also further solidified their love for each other and how much they meant to one another. After intensive treatment and extra TLC from Gabriel's parents, Gabriel and Sibongele are finally ready to celebrate their love and union with their family and friends in their wedding on 7/23/2023.
