Welcome Event

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Parking lot, Happy Isles Loop Rd, TUOLUMNE MEADOWS, CA 95389

We will be entering into the park on Saturday for any guests who would like to join us! The planned hike for this event will be Vernal Falls. We will stop at the Foot Bridge to have lunch and explore. Please park at the "Yosemite Trail Parking Lot" located on Happy Isle Loop (Past Curry Village) IF this parking lot is full you'll need to park at "Curry Village" and either shuttle or walk to the Mist / John Muir Trailhead. Service in the park is spotty. My recommendation would be to download the valley onto your Google maps or Alltrails. For anyone who wanted to explore to the top of the falls, we will need to leave the park by 4:30 to make it back into Groveland for showers before the Welcome dinner. Yosemite is under a lottery system until October so you’ll need to purchase an entrance reservation as soon as possible to ensure guaranteed entry. Reception

11:00 am - 10:00 pm

This is a casual event! Please bring your bathing suits and towels as most of the day will be spent by the lake.

Our buffet will be served at 12:30pm and will be available to our guests throughout the event. To accommodate our guests that will need to leave early we will be doing the cake cutting at 2:30pm Please dress comfortably as there is no dress code. We only request you bring a bathing suit and some beach towels to be able to properly enjoy the day. The venue will have an Indoor space, Covered Deck Patio, Fenced in Playground to accommodate our little guests with outdoor games and a beach front with a dock to swim. Bring any and all water floats, paddle boards, pool noodles and more!

Ceremony

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

This event is limited to our immediate family

If individuals from the rehearsal would like to join us for our ceremony we only ask that you witness from afar. Unfortunately, intimate numbered weddings are only allowed within the park. Please ask the bride for more details if you’re interested. Yosemite is under a lottery system until October.
