Dominique is Brittany’s oldest and only sibling. From a young age Dominique was overly protective of Britt. Brittany knows no one has her back like her sissy! Dominique is THE nicest, coolest, fashionista you will ever meet. She’s quiet and mild mannered (complete opposite of B), however when Beyoncé or trap music comes on she quickly turns into another person. 👀
Brenesha

Brenesha and Brittany (B&B) met freshman year when they pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. together. They quickly formed a close bond as they were the only two freshman on their line. B&B have remained best buds over the past 10 years. They are oddly similar, but still very different. Brittany is the God Mother of Brenesha’s son Cameron. Cameron is THE cutest, inquisitive 11 month old. Brittany is so grateful to have Brenesha witness this very special day. 💗💚
Geana

Geana and Brittany have been best friends since 💃🏽💃🏽 Brittany and Geana (B&G) were neighbors freshman year in Heitz Hall at Bradley University. They quickly became close friends once they realized they were the ying to the others yang. G has ALWAYS been there for B through EVERYTHING. Brittany’s favorite memory is when Geana, Kyle and Lena drove from Chicago to St. Louis (in the snow) as soon as they heard Brittany was in a serious accident. G has a huge heart, she’s reliable, and she is the QUEEN of telling jokes. She always manages to keep it real which is why everyone loves her 💯
Laura Watson

Brittany and Laura met in 6th grade at Ladue Middle School. Laura moved to Dallas two years ago and they rekindled their relationship. Laura has been there for Brittany as a listening ear, person to confide in and a GREAT friend. Laura and her husband Steven are dear friends of Brittany and Courtlan.
Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is Brittany’s younger cousin. Brittany was 12 when Kaitlyn was born. She watched Kaitlyn grow into a little lady. Just when the family thought Brittany was the last wild child Kaitlyn came along. Kaitlyn’s wild personality and dance moves will be a huge hit at the reception #turnup
Sam
Best Man
One of Courtlan's first memories of Sam is looking up to see Sam standing on the top of his car and Courtlan yelling at him to get off. Needless to say, they were not the best of friends when they first met. To be honest, he didn't like him. Like at all. Courtlan and Sam became best friends while pledging Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, Inc. together. Since then they have become inseparable, sharing countless memories together. Sam has always been there for Courtlan during the highest of highs and lowest of lows.
Canaan
Best Man
Courtlan and Canaan became close as line brothers pledging Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, Inc. Canaan has been there for Courtlan every step of the way since he met him. What Courtlan admires most about Canaan is his genuine love for everyone. Canaan is that person that is always going to tell the world about your accomplishments (whether you want him to or not).
Keith

Courtlan met Keith while mentoring at a summer camp for incoming engineering students at the University of Oklahoma. Throughout the camp, Keith thought he had jokes and tried to roast Courtlan. But unfortunately for him, his jokes were trash. smh. Courtlan became close with Keith while he was pledging Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, Inc. After which, Courtlan and Keith became roommates of several years. Keith has always been there for Courtlan when he needed him.
Shanon
Groomsman
Courtlan has known Shanon since Middle School. The two became close friends Junior year of High School through class work, (skipping class, sneaking into movies, partying) and football. They have remained best friends ever since. P.S. Courtlan has always been and will always be better looking, smarter, and more athletic than Shanon.
Bobby
Groomsman
Courtlan became close with Bobby after joining Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, Inc. As an upper classmen in petroleum engineering Bobby always provided Courtlan with guidance as he navigated through the program. Courtlan's favorite thing about Bobby is he brings pure energy. There will never be a dull time when Bobby O is in the building. Do not call him to turn up or travel if you are not trying to do it to the max.
Rodney
Groomsman
Whether it's to turn up, chill, talk, etc. Rodney is always there when you need him. Courtlan first met Rodney while pledging Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, Inc. As the fraternity advisor, he quickly became a mentor and a friend to Courtlan. When he needed advice Rodney had it. When he was broke Rodney found him a job (He was still broke, but at least he was broke with a job.) Rodney has always challenged Courtlan to be better and continues to do so.
