Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Suit and tie, cocktail dress, evening dress. Dress shoes, heels, chic flats. The ceremony and reception will be outside. The reception will be under a tent with heaters, but bring an extra layer or two to be safe. *FOR THE HEEL WEARERS* The ceremony and reception are outside, and will require walking on grass or uneven ground. Chunky heels are *strongly* recommended.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

If driving, GPS will lead right to the main parking lot. There will then be cars transporting everyone down to the ceremony and reception area. If Ubering, drivers will bring you directly to the ceremony area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The venue is about 20-25 minutes from the Nashville Hampton Inn. There will be a van taking those at that hotel to the venue, and back afterwards. There will be no pre-arranged travel for those staying at the Hampton Inn Pleasant View, so please plan accordingly.

We ask that whoever's names were on your invitation be the only ones attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive between 3:00pm & 3:30pm.
