Ryan and I met in August of 2010 at the Sandbar on State Street in downtown Sant Barbara. After many attempts (and rejections) Ryan finally got me dancing with him. Persistence prevailed! We ended up dancing the night away at the Wildcat (a local dance club). We fell in love, and the rest is history. Five years later, on our anniversary, Ryan got down on one knee and proposed at Miramar, our favorite local beach. He had a photographer capture the moment (as you can see by the photos on this website). He then whisked me off to a surprise dinner celebration with my brother and a group of close friends. Countless Hawai'i vacations, new degrees, different careers, two dogs, one house and five years later we are finally getting married! We have shared a lot of life together, celebrating the good times and overcoming the hard times, we are beyond excited to vow to love each other forever in front of all our family and closest friends.
