July 1st, 2021
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors; the reception will be indoors. If it rains, the entirety of the evening will be indoors. Please keep the weather forecast in consideration when planning your outfit.
The attire is formal summer cocktail - please note that the wedding is at the end of August so the weather will likely be warm. However, the inside portion of the evening is air conditioned, so do bring an extra layer if you tend to get chilly. For those of you wondering what "formal summer cocktail" is: For guys: A summer suit and a fun tie (or no tie, if that's not your thing). But please, no chino pants. For gals: Midi / maxi dresses (with fun prints/colors if you would like) or jumpsuits that you would wear to a nice dinner. Please do not wear the following: shoes that you don't want on grass, white dresses, or champagne colored dresses.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your plus one, but only guests whose names are on the formal invitation (to be sent Spring 2021) are invited. Please reach out to Greg or Rose with any questions.
Please refer to our Accommodations page for this information.
Yes! Ample parking is available and free at the venue. This also applies if you are an overnight guest.
Please feel free to take photos during the ceremony, as long as they aren't disruptive. Also please send any videos along to Rosie and Greg that you think they may want to keep.
A lot of you have complimented our engagement photos, so we'd like to share our photographer's details in case anyone is interested in ordering prints or using him for an event of their own. Derrick Zellmann https://www.derrickzellmannphoto.com/ *catch us on the homepage!
Please refer to our Registry page.
Unless your invitation includes your child's name, please plan to hire a sitter for the evening.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed overnight at the BVI. Please arrange for your dog to be cared for while you're attending the wedding.
Please do bring a mask to wear; guidelines will be posted throughout the venue
