When should I RSVP?

Answer

*The RSVP link is now open* Please RSVP as soon as you can, however, the deadline is June 16, 2025. You can do this by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume you are unable to attend. If you know you can't make it, you will be very missed, but please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we may plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear full or tea length dresses or even dressy jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. Please avoid the color white, khakis, jeans/denim.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at 4:30 pm for welcome drinks!! A late arrival means you won't be able to join the ceremony and we will see you at cocktail hour.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we are trying to keep it as an intimate event, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invite. Thank you for your understanding.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones so much! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photography/videography team that will capture all the best moments and angles. We would love for our loved ones to be present with us in the moment and ask for all phones to be put away during the ceremony (use that extra hand to wipe your happy tears).

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception is outdoor, tented. The average temperature around this time of year in Poughkeepsie, NY is in the mid-high 80’s.

How will I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking if you wish to drive. We have also arranged bus transportation between the hotel and the venue (more information on bus schedule at a later date).

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. Please be sure to tip your bartenders :)
