How do I RSVP? When is it due?

Answer

Please complete the RSVP card you received with your wedding invitation and mail it back in the included, pre-addressed envelope. If you have questions about how to complete your RSVP card, call or email Rebecca or Kevin. Please reply by November 8, 2023.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. If it says your partner's name or, “and guest,” then yes!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation. If your children's names are listed or it reads “and family,” or The (Last Name) Family, then yes! Otherwise please plan to find child care for your little ones.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please see the Wedding Day Events tab for a complete itinerary. If you are attending the Tea Ceremony, please arrive by 2:45 p.m. If you are attending the Vows Ceremony, please arrive by 4:30 p.m.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the Hotel Block section of the website for further information. If you plan to stay the night, we recommend that you reserve a room as soon as possible to ensure availability and pricing under the Bradshaw & Chau Wedding Hotel Block. Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

The DoubleTree does not offer a shuttle service. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or contacting the front desk at the hotel to arrange pick up with a reputable cab company.

Yes, there is ample free parking on site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail attire are perfect, gowns and dressy jumpsuits are also welcome!

What if it snows?

Answer

First, let's not manifest that. Second, it is very unlikely for there to be significant snowfall early in December, but in the event of snowfall or inclement weather, all wedding plans are indoor events, so everything will continue regardless of the weather.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The Collingswood Grand Ballroom has a liquor license, and is stocking the bar, so please refrain from bringing your own personal stash. There will be plenty to go around!

Love the energy, but The Collingswood Grand Ballroom has a "no shots" policy. While bartenders may be flexible, if they are not, please do not argue with the staff.
