We understand that it is not cheap, and asking to travel for a destination celebration is a lot to ask. We know that may impact your decision on attending. However, if you are able and do want to join us, here is some information. You can book your rooms and get our discounted rates with Sarah Gamble. Once you book you can pay monthly so it’s not a huge chunk at once (also it’s cheaper), or you can also pay at the time of arrival. The rates may go up as the days get closer to the wedding so we recommend booking earlier than later. -There is a minimum of 4 night stay and up to a 7 night stay. -This is an all inclusive so all food and beverages are included so drink and eat up! -1st kid under 14 is free and second is 50% off. -You would fly into Cancun and travel to the resort via van provided by the resort. - once at the resort you would only need cash for tips to the staff and little trinkets at the resort.

There are 4 different sections of the resort -TRS (Adults only) -White Sands -Kantenah -Colonial The rates you’ll see online are not the rates you’ll receive. Under the Gamble’s membership, further discounts are available as well as free roundtrip airport transfers, access to all areas and spa access. They all share the same amenities but if you look on the website you’ll see where all are located. Each has their own lobby with bars and different restaurants but all attached to the resort. While the resort is huge, a benefit of our membership with the resort; instead of walking we can call upon golf carts to get us from place to place. There are 17 bars, one of them open 24 hours a day, and 8 à la carte restaurants so you can choose the country you prefer every day: Mexico, Japan, Italy, the Mediterranean, Brazil, the United States or Thailand. There are also 3 international restaurants/buffets with show-cooking experiences and self-service themed areas. Every night, you would make a reservation at one of the al a cart restaurants, and during the day you can enjoy the buffets and bars. There are 2 pools that are both kid and adult friendly *which have swim up bars, a kiddie pool area, and there is also the beach.
