Garden Party | Semi-Formal Ultimately, we want all of our guests to feel comfortable, confident and looking their best! For Women: Midi or Maxi Dresses with fun spring colors For Men: Suits or dress slacks with a blazer (ties optional!) We recommend footwear suitable for grass or outdoor paths - and plenty of dancing! Is the Wedding at the hotel?

While the wedding itself will not be held at the hotel, we are excited to host our Welcome Event at the hotel as a chance to gather and celebrate ahead of the big day!

How far is the Wedding venue from The Lakeside Inn?

Answer

The Wedding will be held at The Palm Mansion in Umatilla, FL. This is roughly 15-20 minutes away from The Lakeside Inn. Don't worry! Ubers are easily accessible.

Are we required to stay at The Lakeside Inn?

Answer

Staying at the Lakeside Inn is completely optional; however, it is where our welcome event will be hosted. You are still able to attend the welcome event if you are not staying there. Our hope is to have our loved ones as close as possible so the entire weekend feels extra special—imagine running into family while grabbing a morning coffee in Florida. How fun! We completely understand that the Lakeside Inn may not be the right fit for everyone, which is why we’ve also included the Hilton as an alternative option on the Travel tab. If interested, there are great bed and breakfast, along with Airbnbs in the area. If you choose to stay at the Lakeside Inn, please visit the Travel tab for details on booking our room block and receiving 10% off your stay.
