Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have blocks at 3 hotels that are all located in the same area. The links on the `Travel` page of this website will take you directly to our hotel block booking link.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The church where the ceremony is being held is ~25 minute drive from the hotel blocks. The reception venue is ~5 minute drive from the hotel blocks and has plenty of parking. There will be shuttles from the hotel blocks to the reception. There will be shuttles again from the reception venue back to the hotel blocks.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors under a pavilion (open sides). The reception will be held outdoors, food and tables will be setup inside a large canopy tent. When the weather is nice, the dance floor will be outside.

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are semi-formal, wear whatever you feel comfortable in within that range.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you received an invitation with a guest included, you can! If your invitation did not list a guest, we ask that you only bring yourself!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be gluten free and vegetarian options available. If you have other allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know so we can accommodate them!
