Our dress code is black-tie optional! For the guys, a sharp suit works great—linen suits are welcome too, especially in Charleston. For the ladies, we’d love to see floor-length dresses—think elegant but not overly stuffy. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel wonderful and ready to dance the night away with us! If you’re unsure what black-tie optional means, check out this guide for a little extra inspo.
While we absolutely love children, we’ve decided to make our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you can use this evening as a much-deserved date night—and if you’re traveling from out of town, maybe even turn it into a little getaway weekend!
If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding as we plan for our special day, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes, the ceremony will be outside, with October temperatures in Charleston typically in the 70s. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes prior to park and find a seat. That said, we highly recommend using Uber or Lyft—not only does it make parking a non-issue, but it also ensures you can enjoy the evening to the fullest without worrying about driving afterward.
We will not be providing transportation to the venue. However, the hotel blocks we’ve carefully selected are close enough to walk if you’d like, or just a quick and affordable Uber/Lyft ride away.
Absolutely! We want our guests to have a great time—cheers!
