Yes, there will be shuttle service to and from the hotels. Before the ceremony, pick up times are 3 PM, 3:30 PM, and 4 PM. Hampton Inn is the first stop, then Best Western, and then Microtel. Return service starts at 10 PM.
The parking lot is very small so we need to reserve it for the vendors and people with mobility issues. Please consider parking at one of the hotels and taking the shuttle to Crispin Hill.
Cocktail but it is going to be chilly so it is much more important to us that you are comfortable and dress for the weather! The ceremony is outdoors with a gravel walkway back to the reception, so bring your jackets and walkable shoes. In case of rain, the ceremony will be under the dinner tent. There are heaters in the tent. The barn gets nice and warm from dancing!
