Is there any Day Of Transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for all guests, to and from all events the day of 8.1.2026. Information regarding pick up times from the hotel will be provided upon check-in.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Welcome Party on 7.31.26 at the Stoneacre Garden, a 10-minute walk from Hotel Viking. Start time TBD.

When is the deadline to book the hotel?

Answer

Both the Hotel Viking, and the Wyndham Howard Johnson Middletown Newport are reserved until June 10th, 2026. *UPDATE: The Hotel Viking block is booked. Rooms still available at the Wyndham.
