Can I bring my partner?

Answer

We’re keeping our wedding intimate, with our guest list made up of people we know and love. If your partner’s name wasn’t on the invitation, we kindly ask that you come solo. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep things small due to space, budget, and the desire to share this day with our nearest and dearest.

What is the dress code?

Two important things to note: – Dress Code: Formal – Theme: Pastel Elegance Our venue is a historic castle surrounded by beautiful gardens, and we’d love for everyone to reflect that romantic setting. Think long dresses, tailored suits, and elegant details — all in soft, pastel tones (including but not limited to: beige, blush, lilac, sage, sky blue, champagne, etc.). To keep the atmosphere light and cohesive, we kindly ask guests to avoid black suits or black dresses. Whether you're in a flowing gown or a crisp suit, we know you’ll look amazing — and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in style! (see "Dress Code" for Inspiration)

Is there parking available?

Yes! Plenty of parking available (provided you all park considerately... be very demure :))

Is there accommodation around?

Answer

You may have noticed that there is accommodation in the venue itself however these will be reserved first for bridal party, immediate family, and a first come first serve basis for the remainder of family and friends. There are lots of cute AirBnBs around and we hope you'll treat yourself to a weekend away while you're in the Hills!

Is there transport available?

Answer

Unfortunately there will be no coaches so we ask that you organise your transport home in advance (book your taxis!!!).

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the day, so there’s no pressure to take photos — just be present and enjoy the moment! That said, we’re happy for you to take a few photos if you’d like, as long as you’re mindful not to block the view or get in the way of our photo/video team.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors in the garden, surrounded by the beautiful grounds of the estate. In case of rain, we do have a wet weather plan and will move the ceremony indoors. The reception will follow inside the ballroom — so either way, we’ll be celebrating in style!
