Wilmington International Airport - ILM
Wilmington airport is about 50 minutes away from Topsail Island. We use this airport every time we travel! (For our CT family and friends, we recommend checking Boston Logan to Wilmington. JetBlue out of Boston is one of the only nonstop flights I've flown here with some low prices. Most other airports/airlines usually have a stop in Charlotte NC)

OAJ is another airport option nearby out of Jacksonville, about 50 minutes to Topsail Island.
