Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will all be held outdoors. Please keep this in mind for proper attire!

Question

When should I RSVP? How do I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you get your invitation we would greatly appreciate it. However we understand life gets in the way and ask you to please RSVP no later than September 1, 2025. After that, unfortunately all unanswered RSVPs will be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors' cut off dates. On your invitation there should be a QR code that will redirect you to our website you can RSVP to for a quick easy response. However, if you prefer to send back your RSVP card in the mail you may do this also.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We ask you please arrive no later than 20 minutes prior. This will give you plenty of time to park and find your seats.

Is there parking available near by?

Answer

Yes! There is a large lot that you will be directed to for parking. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all within walking distance to each other on site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. We kindly as you wear cocktail attire. Our venue is fully outdoors. Please no jeans. Katelyn asks that you avoid colors reserved for the bride - whites, ivory, and creams.

Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. With that being said if you have received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation. This also goes for any children. As much as we would love for everyone to join us, if they are not listed on the invitation we ask you respect our wishes.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will have hors d’oeuvres. There will be a plated course during the reception. Two entree options will be provided on your invention to choose from. This being said, please disclose any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can accommodate you or your guest.

I have dietary restrictions. Will I be accommodated?

Answer

Yes. Please fill out the form enclosed in your invitation so we can work with our vendors.

What type of bar will there be?

Answer

We will happily be having an open bar serving beer, wine, seltzers, sodas, water, and two signature cocktails. With this being said, please drink responsibly and do not drive drunk. We ask kindly for you to make arrangements for a safe drive home if necessary. Any cars left on the property overnight will unfortunately be towed.

Can I take photos?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this special moment that we will be happy to share upon request. Following the ceremony, please take as many photos as you please.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we understand some of you would like to know about a physical gift. Here on our website we have a registry page. As far as individual store we are registered with Amazon as well.
