What is the closest airport?

Answer

The Cancun International Airport is the closest airport to The Excellence Riviera Cancun resort. It is about a 20 minute drive. There is an option to book your transfer from airport to hotel when booking your room🙂

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes!! Don't forget your passport! This may seem obvious but make sure your passport is valid and hasn't expired. Your expiration date must not be earlier than six months after travel. U.S. passports can take up to 12 weeks to process and renew. Make sure you're up to date and ready to party!

Is there a dress code for the resort?

Answer

As of 2/17/2022 the resort has updated their dress code for the restaurants! Here are the new dinner dress codes and the restaurants which it applies to: Regular Casual Dinner For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt, blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, and beach sandals, or flip-flops are not allowed. Applies for: Agave, Barcelona, Basmati, Caribbean Grove, Flavor Market, Oregano, Spice, Sports Bar, The Grill, and The Lobster House restaurants. Casual Elegance Dinner For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, or flip-flops are not allowed. Applies for: Chez Isabelle, Magna, and Zenith restaurants 😃😃😃

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No need to RSVP as we are able to track when everyone put their deposit down on their rooms. Please don’t forget - room deposits are due by March 24, 2022!
