The ceremony will be held at the Mildred B. Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista Arkansas.
The reception will be held at "Under the Woods" in Jane Missouri.
Both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. At the reception venue, there will be a patio area where guests can play games and mingle, along with photo opportunities around the property.
We respectfully request that guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time for mingling and to find seats before the ceremony begins at 6:30 pm. You will be able to enter the venue at 6pm if you wish.
We have decided to host an adults-only wedding (15 & up). This means NO children will be allowed at the event. If you're unable to secure childcare, we completely understand if you need to forgo attending.
If you are offered a plus one, you’ll see that option on the RSVP page. If not, please understand that we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
We ask that you RSVP ASAP and no later than May 28th, 2025. This is crucial for our vendors and venue. Thank you!
At the reception venue, there is a shuttle that can bring you to and from your car.
Garden Party Formal! We invite our guests to wear soft, summery pastel colors, with the option to add a pop of brighter shades—just keep it light and joyful. Think blush, lavender, mint, sky blue, with a hint of coral, peach, or yellow to complement the season’s vibe!
