How do I RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

Under the RSVP tab on our website! Please RSVP by December 1st 2024. We have strict deadlines with our venue and unfortunately will not be able to make any adjustments after the date listed.

Can I bring a plus one/guest?

Answer

As many of you may already know, both John and Savannah have very big families! Due to very limited capacity, we are asking that you do not bring a plus one unless given the option by the couple. On your RSVP you will see the name of your guest or "Guest" under your name meaning we are able to accommodate you with a plus one. Please make sure to edit the RSVP and include their name if it is not already listed. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly request all guests to come dressed in ALL BLACK attire for our wedding. The dress code is formal, so please dress appropriately for the occasion. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you in style!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we LOVE your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children due to limited capacity. Being that many of you are coming from out of town, we still want you to be able to turn this weekend into a vacation with your families! That being said TRUSTED babysitter services will be available. Please reach out to the bride or groom for any questions in regards to these services.

Are there recommended accommodations for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Yes, please visit our Travel page for more details. If you would like to look for other options that are not listed it is recommended to look in Lake Nona, Kissimmee, or Saint Cloud, FL area.

What if I arrive late?

Answer

We are thrilled to have you join us for our wedding but in order ensure that the ceremony proceeds smoothly and without disruption, we kindly ask that all guests arrive on time. Please note that late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony until after it has concluded, following into Cocktail hour.

Is the wedding Indoors/Outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is both Indoors and outdoors! The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors, following the reception which will be held indoors! Please keep in mind that just because we are in Florida does not mean it can’t/won’t get chilly! Florida in January can range from High 70’s to Low 30’s!

Where is the couple registered for gifts?

Answer

We are lucky enough to have mostly everything we need for this next exciting chapter of our lives! A contribution towards our honeymoon fund instead of a gift is much appreciated. The biggest gift of all, of course, is your presence on our Big Day.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available onsite at The Royal Crest.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian food options?

Answer

Yes! If you need this type of request please reach out to the bride or groom.
