You were the first person we told when Daniel and I became an official couple and you were the first person that knew about our engagement, even before me because you helped plan it you sneaky goose! You have been in this wonderful journey with us since the very beginning and we are so grateful for your friendship and love!

In my last years at FIU, I was paired up with this old PhD student that apparently was great at programming. What I didn't know at the time was that I was picking up an older brother. We traveled multiple times to present in conferences, had a million laughs working on papers, and I constantly beat him at tennis. He has been one of the greatest and smartest people I have ever met and I am looking forward to having him as my best man.

Where to begin? we met in high school and have been friends ever since! We have shared so many moments together, some of which we don't speak of when sober. We originally bonded over making fun of people together and ridiculous drama class skits, but our friendship grew to be one that I cherish the most in my life. Even though life has taken us on very different paths, with you moving away to Tally and then me leaving to Utah, or as you say, Ohio, we have managed to maintain our wonderful relationship and I know you are someone that I can always count on, no matter what. I miss you so much and I can't wait to have you up there with me on such a special day. PS. You were right, I think Daniel does like me a bit xD

Where can I start? When I was going to join FIU, there was a website to pick your roommates. Here it was when I saw Morits and decided to invite him to the room. He was a fool to accept the invitation XD. These past 6 years, we have had so many fights, so many laughs, and so many moments where we see each other accomplish great things. In our latest adventure, he moved from Florida to Utah and what started out as a Puerto Rican and a European sharing a dorm in college turned into a relationship that has crossed state lines. My friendship with Morits has been much more than just roommates (Andre reference XD), we have behaved like siblings with all the good and bad that comes from living with someone. Note from Diana: It is more than a bromance and I really try not to be jealous! :D

Ny was definitely one of the most wonderful people I got to meet at FIU. Before starting at Florida, my friend Roxanna and I got the same scholarship to attend the university and we both started at the same time. We met Ny in one of the club meetings because he was part of a worship group that we were thinking of joining. However, at that point, I don't think any of us knew how involved we would all be in each other's lives. Last year, they got married!! For a long time, I was part of his worship group and we became closer and closer. His cooking is phenomenal and he is just someone I can always count on and I am sure that will never change.
