We have little wiggle room regarding the guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We care for and value the health of all our guests. If you are exhibiting COVID 19 symptoms, please stay home. You will be able to view a livestream of our nuptial mass. Cardinal DiNardo encourages participants to wear masks in the church, but they are not mandatory. At the reception, masks are at the individual’s discretion. Tables will be spaced as the room allows and there will be hand sanitizer dispersed throughout the reception hall.
Yes, both the Church and the reception venue have large parking lots. Both are ADA accessible.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will take a couple photos. If guests intend to attend the reception, they may head that way where there will be a cocktail hour with finger foods, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and games. If guests cannot attend the ceremony, the bride and groom wish to greet and thank them for coming and celebrating with them after taking photos in the church.
We are pleased to be able to offer our guests a deluxe bar that includes a variety of liquor, wine, and beer using a select vendor. In accordance with TABC laws, there should be no alcohol on site not provided by our vendor. If this is discovered, the vendor will shut down the bar. Please enjoy our alcoholic beverages and save yours at home for later.
