What Yurt/ Cottage am I assigned to? How do I pay?

Answer

Megan and Brian have hand picked family and friends who will be staying on property. An email was sent out earlier this year with a spreadsheet detailing who will be staying where, with whom and costs. Another email will be sent out before end of June, please check spam folders. A BMBR employee will reach out around end of June to take payments and provide check in information.

Rain Back Up Plan

Answer

If it rains day of ceremony, October 17th, we will hold ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception in the Rocky Pavilion and Speakeasy.

Wifi Services

Answer

There is no Wifi expect in the following buildings: the "Check in/ Conservation Center/ Cafe" and around the reception area near "Groomsman Cottage" and "Bar & Deck" Please unplug and enjoy!!

What to Pack

Answer

Ceremony/ Reception attire: semi formal Outdoor clothes and shoes River: Bathing suits, highly suggests closed toe water shoes with a stable sole. Open toe water shoes are fine, but might stub your toe. Toiletries: shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash etc. Towels: BMBR will provide for those staying on property bathroom towels and outdoor towels. Double check what is offered with each Yurt/ Cottage

Food/ Beverages

During your stay, the cafe will be open and available for food and beverage services from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily. Details on ordering will be provided once arrived. Each yurt and cottage has a kitchenet and grill. Guests staying on property are responsible for their own food and beverages. Food and beverages will be provided at the following events (please see Schedule for details): Rehearsal Brunch, BBQ at BMBR, Cocktail hour, Reception and Goodbye Brunch

Collettsville General Store 4295 Collettsville Rd #9012, Collettsville, NC 28611 Left on Adako Rd. Stay on for 6 minutes/ 4 miles until reach Collettsville Rd, turn right. Station will be on right.

Make way down BMBR driveway. Turn left onto Adako Rd, 3.2 mi. Turn right onto NC-90 E, "Collettsville Rd". By the time you reach this point you should have signal for GPS
