Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony sight is just across from the reception ball room!

Question

Is there parking available on sight or should we prepare to find parking elsewhere?

Answer

Our venue has a TON of free parking for all of our guests on sight.

Question

How crazy can I go with dressing from the 20’s? What if I don’t have any 20’s clothes or don’t want to dress up?

Answer

We encourage everyone to dress as themed as they are comfortable with! Flappers, classy upscale, “peaky Blinders” - or anywhere in between! We want our guests to be comfortable so if you’d rather play it cool in a more modern day get up, we just ask for formal attire to keep it classy (no jeans/denim or casual attire.)

Can we take photos on our phones or cameras?

Answer

We ask that there be absolutely NO electronics (phones, tablets, cameras, etc) during the ceremony. You are welcome to take as many photos or video during the reception though!!!!! We only ask that you give our photographers and videographers the right of way.

What time does everything begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm sharp. Please arrive and be seated (giving yourself time to walk to the ceremony sight) at least 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. Our cocktail hour will follow immediately after and the reception will take place from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Can we bring the kids?

Answer

We are asking all of our guests to please help us make this an adult only event. We appreciate your compliance and understanding.

Will there be alcohol or a cash bar at the wedding?

Answer

We will have free beer and wine available during the reception for you to enjoy! No cash bar or hard liquor.

Can I smoke outside?

Answer

By our request AND the venue, there is NO smoking on property.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

Our venue has reserved the right to confiscate any food or alcohol brought into the venue.

Will you have a money dance/ should I bring cash?

Answer

We will indeed be having a money dance! If you would like to share a dance and help us pay for our honeymoon expenses, feel free to bring as much or little as you are comfortable with!

Is there a curfew?

Answer

By request of Coyote Hills (and by the request of the bride, groom and family) we ask that all guests are off property at or before 10:00pm.
