Where is the venue location?
Answer
The name of the venue is The Estate at Yountville. It is located on the grounds of Hotel Villagio: 6481 Washington Street, Yountville CA 94599 Once you arrive, we will have signs or ushers directing you to the ceremony location.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Free parking is available at Hotel Villagio/Estate at Yountville. Plenty of parking spaces available for our guests.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our Wedding is going to be an Adults-Only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
Napa Valley weather will be very sunny, between 80-90 degrees during the day time and 65-75 degrees during the evening. Low to no humidity. We recommend bringing sunscreen and sunglasses for the day time and a light jacket or sweater for the later evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception will be held outdoors. After Dinner Reception/Dancing will be held indoors at the Estate at Yountville's Barrel Room.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Question
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #rissawonnmyheart so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
