What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd like to call it "montana casual". Nice jeans and button downs, sundresses, cowboy boots, etc are all acceptable. Please keep in mind that the venue is rodeo grounds with very few paved paths, so chose sensible footwear. Temperatures in Montana can vary from day to nighttime, so please plan on bringing a jacket or sweater in case you're chilly at night.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We encourage all guests to ride the shuttle if you are staying in Helena and plan on drinking. The shuttle will pick up at 3 pm at the Women’s Mural, across the street from The Base Camp at 5 W Broadway, Helena, MT 59601. At the end of the evening, shuttles will return to the same location.

Is there camping available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of tent room for anyone who would like to camp following the reception. If you would like to bring an RV, there are also some hookup spots available. Rachel and Levi will be camping after the reception, so we encourage any interested friends to join us!
