Risgueliz and Daniel met in April of 2020. Just as the world was beginning to lock down, Risgueliz and Daniel began their relationship by simply going on walks together in the deserted downtown of Tampa and learning everything they could about each other on the way. As sparks began to grow in the following weeks, it was not until they shared a moment together on a dock on a camping trip did Daniel finally make his intentions known, and Risgueliz and Daniel shared their first kiss. Soon after they officially became an "item" during a weekend trip in Marco Island shared amongst friends. The short walk between their homes at the time were always an excuse for this lovely couple to spend the most amount of time with each other as their feelings grew. The first "I love you" was saved for their first trip together in Risgueliz's home of Puerto Rico- during a walk around El Morro under the moonlight.

On the anniversary of when Daniel proposed we are gathering our favorite people to say “I do” in the same beautiful Harbour Island where we first met and currently live at. Daniel proposed in the gorgeous island of Mallorca, Spain at the top of this mountain you see on this page. He went on one knee and asked me to be his wife and shared our lives together. My heart started raising and I said "YES," and now we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you soon!
