Hotel
This is fun/easy option for lodging. I estimated a family of 4 staying from September 27-October 1st would be about $1,400. It is right in the middle of Estes Park and you can see all of the mountain views from here. Parts of the "Shining" movie were filmed here, so it is a famous place to visit and stay in this area. House Or Rental
Linked here is an example of one of the cabins that can sleep up to 6 people, 2 beds, 2 bath, 1 upstairs loft pullout queen bed, and 1 couch pullout bed. The estimated cost for this rental from September 28th to October 1st is $2,828. This is an option available that I have looked into. My mom and dad will be staying here. The cabins are about 100 feet from Lake Estes! They are very nice and cozy. https://mountainvillageestespark.com/vacation-rentals/Cabin-24/?sd=09%252F28%252F2025&ed=10%252F01%252F2025&oc=6
Hotel
This is a big resort on Lake Estes. It has a waterfront view and cabins behind the hotel. It also has a large upscale restaurant called Ember, which is delicious! The estimated cost for this resort for a room with 2 queen beds is around $300-400 per night between September 26-October 1st.
House Or Rental
Michael and I will be staying at an airbnb. For an 8 night stay it will be a reasonably priced place. I recommend searching airbnb for rentals, they are always cheaper than the resorts and hotels in this area. An air bnb for september 26-oct. 1st will range from $400-$1300 ish depending on how many guests will be in your party. If you are unsure where to book or where to look, you can reach out to me for help. Make sure to book at a place that is IN Estes Park, not: Longmont, Lyons, Grand lake, Granby, or Drake. Sometimes these options will show up but they are a 20 min to 1 hr drive from Estes depending on which town it is.
