Here's the itinerary for our special day at the Puddledock Gathering Post. We can't wait to celebrate love with family and friends who hold such a special place in our lives! This schedule is tentative, and will be finalized as our day gets closer. When RSVPing, please look at all events as they all have information regarding them.

Dress in cocktail attire. Please no jeans! We are asking guests to wear soft, pastel colors. For more details on dress code, please visit the FAQ section of this website.

We ask all guests to put all phones away for the ceremony. Having an unplugged ceremony will that ensure our awesome photographer, Maddie, can do what she does best with a clear view. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the pics and don't forget to snap one with us! Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to start time.

Cocktail Hour

4:45 pm - 5:30 pm

Come together and drink some beer and bubbly for the newlyweds before dinner and reception. We will make sure our DJ plays some good tunes! There will also be cornhole by the firepit to keep you occupied.

Supper, Speeches, and Special Moments

5:30 pm - 6:45 pm

Good news: we have Moe's Original BBQ's amazing food joining us on this day. There will be various options to choose from, buffet style! Pulled pork sandwiches, smoked chicken, mac n cheese, and some other goodies to fill everyone up. Please let us know any allergies you may have. After dinner, speeches and special dances will begin.

Party Time!

7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Feel free to bring comfy shoes, as we expect everyone to be out on the dance floor! Our DJ, Bill Lyons, sure knows how to keep the vibes flowing. Our bar, bartended during cocktail hour by one of our great friends, Josh, is going to be a BYOB with the exception of a couple kegs and limited signature drinks. There will be a location outside of the reception area available for canned beverages or coolers. If you choose to bring a bottle or mixers, you can mix your own drinks. If you don't bring anything, please consider dropping some cash in the tip jar to show Josh his thanks or to pitch in!
