It won't take you directly to the venue or hotels, but there is some public transit that will get you pretty close. We recommend using google maps to plan out any public transportation trips, or you can download the RTD app to purchase tickets and map your ride. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available if you would rather use that. Step 1: RTD Train from the Airport to Union Station Exit the airport via the south security entrance (follow signs for RTD public transit), and take the escalators down. You'll find tracks for the light rail and the only trains leaving are the A-Line trains that head to Union Station. You can buy a ticket at the machines or through the RTD app. Take the A-Line train all the way to Union Station (the final stop). Step 2: FF1 Bus from Union Station toward Boulder At Union Station, outside of the main hall head under the tracks toward the bus depot. Look for the bus going to Downtown Boulder All-Station (FF1). Ride two stops (about 15 minutes) and get off at US 36/Church Ranch Station East Side. Let us know if you are planning to use public transportation, and we will see if we can facilitate a pickup from the bus stop to take you to your hotel, or you can take an Uber/Lyft.
We love your kids but are unfortunately only able to invite kids of family to the wedding. They are more than welcome at our Friday, Sunday, and Monday events!
Yes! There is plenty of parking at Church Ranch. Once we leave for the night the gates to the venue parking will be locked, and cars can be picked up starting 9 am the next morning.
The hotels will hold the block until June, but summer is a busy time to visit Denver and if the hotels start to fill, they will close the blocks sooner. If our hotel blocks fill, there are many different hotels in the area around Church Ranch Event Center at different price ranges to choose from. We recommend booking your rooms as soon as possible!
