The ceremony begins at 12:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to park and find a seat. Wedding party please arrive 30 minutes early. The wedding party and close family will go straight to the reception after the ceremony for pictures. The reception starts at 5:30 pm with dinner served until 7:00 pm. We do ask if your child is unable to sit through the ceremony quietly that you have a kid-free night. Kids will need to stay in to ballroom only. Children are to not leave the ballroom without parental supervision. If you do not follow the venue rules you will be asked to leave. Cascade Ballroom is located past the lobby upstairs on the second floor. Dinner will be served from 5:30 pm -7:00 pm. No outside alcohol is allowed. We will have a hosted bar with beer and wine. Wedding festivities to follow.
We highly suggest to RSVP. The deadline to RSVP is September 5, 2024. To ensure that we can provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner we will not accept any late RSVPS.
